Angelica Charlotte Pickles is the main antagonist/singer of the series. While this is so, she acts more as an antihero in the films and often sides with the babies at the end, against the films' respective main villains. She is voiced by Cheryl Chase in Rugrats and All Grown Up!, and is among the series' original characters. She is a spoiled brat and the cousin of Tommy and Dil Pickles. In 2002, TV Guide declared Angelica Pickles 7th in their list of "Top 50 Greatest Cartoon Characters of All Time". She is the arch-enemy of Tommy Pickles and the other Rugrats. Her middle name is 'Charlotte', meaning she is named after her mother, Charlotte. She claims to be 'the prettiest, most beautiful kid in the universe' (which she is). Angelica carries her favorite doll, Cynthia (parody of Barbie), around with her almost everywhere and fills her room with Cynthia merchandise.

Description
Angelica is the daughter of Drew and Charlotte Pickles, the cousin of Tommy and Dil and the main antagonist of the series, who bullies and bosses her younger costars around and treats them as her slaves. Because she is older than the babies are, she is able to talk to the adult characters on the series (while the babies can only communicate with each other and Angelica) which she uses to take advantage of them. Angelica can best be described as Tommy and Dil's spoiled, vain, sarcastic, selfish, bratty and antagonistic yet adorable and very beautiful cousin. Despite her cuteness and beauty, she is known for her frequently manipulating the babies for her own gain and calls them "dumb babies", and thinks she is smarter than them. When the character Susie Carmichael was introduced, she was soon favored among the babies, causing Angelica to start a rivalry with her. She'll say and or do anything to get what she wants, even though it normally just gets her into, most of the time, serious trouble. She is Harold's play date.
Like Cookie Monster from Sesame Street, Angelica's favorite snack food is cookies. Deep down, Angelica is secretly jealous of the babies and is actually kind of lonely. All she really wants is for her parents to spend more time with her.
All Grown Up!

In the spin-off series All Grown Up!, 13-year-old Angelica's personality has clearly made some minor edits to itself as a part of Angelica's maturity and beauty; she now wears her hair down, goes after boys more often (in the Rugrats, though, she was shown to have crushes on a few toddler boys), and has outgrown the habit of carrying Cynthia around with her all the time (although in one episode of All Grown Up! Angelica desperately tried to get Cynthia back because Charlotte gave her away). Still, a few parts of her former personality remain: she's still very mean, spoiled and bossy, but to a much lesser extent than she previously was. Also, she and Susie are still rivals, but they're more like frenemies than actual enemies, and Angelica's obviously still very envious of Susie, mainly because of her beauty and her being more talented than Angelica at most thing (especially singing).

Looks
Angelica is mostly a peach color. The character wears a purple jumper, a long-sleeved orange-red blouse with flaired cuffs, blue and green polka-dotted tights, orange socks and purple sneakers. She wore a diaper over her tights during Season One. She also has blonde hair, always worn in two pigtails tied with purple ribbons.

Angelica has appeared in most episodes of Rugrats and All Grown Up!. Her first appearance was in Tommy's First Birthday. Her last appearance was in the episode Fountain Of Youth.
Trivia
- She's the only Rugrat to remain an only child throughout the franchise. There's only been one instance where Angelica's actually saddened by the fact that she's an only child, while every other time she expresses her thankfulness on being on an only child.
- Angelica is one in three of the main Rugrats' characters to have the camera viewing from inside her mouth in All Grown Up. The other two are Dil and Spike .
- She hates coconut and baked apples.
- In the life size doll versions of Angelica she has brown eyes, which must mean that unlike her blood-related cousin Tommy and Dil (who most likely has blue eyes like Tommy), Angelica has brown, which must come from her Father's side of the family.
