Animatronic Bus Driver was an minor character of the role in the movie Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, he is voiced by Phillipe Simon. He welcomes the Pickles at the airport and informs them that he's been asked to take them directly to EuroReptarland. Judging by the look on his face, he appears to be bored out of his mind, but then again, wouldn't you be if your job consisting of you having to transport people from an airport to an amusement park resort?
He also attended the wedding of Chas Finster and Coco LaBouche, only for it to be stopped by the former's son, Chuckie just in the nick of time.
