Plot[]
Kimi and Chas are playing with toy farm animals and Kimi knocks them over. Chas tells Kira thinks something is bothering Kimi. In the kitchen, Kimi hugs Fifi, who is being spoon fed by Chuckie. Kimi says that she prefers real animals to toy ones. Chas walks into the kitchen with Kira and is still talking to her. He says that he thinks Kimi still needs to adjust to her new home and that she needs him and Kira to spend more time with her. Chas sees Chuckie feeding Fifi with the spoon and tells him not to.
Chas and Kira think Kimi is missing France, as she drew scribbles that they interpret to be the Eiffel Tower. They make a French-themed party and invite Stu, Didi, Tommy, Dil, Betty, Howard, Phil and Lil over. Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil and Kimi are playing with blocks while Chuckie says his dad is going to read him "Rapunzel." The adults and Dil are discussing the party. Betty gives Kimi a toy Robosnail and Kimi accidentally knocks over Chuckie's block tower. She tries to fix it but Fifi knocks it over again. Kimi goes off to spoon feed Fifi, which the adults find to be cute, but Chuckie thinks it's not fair, as he got in trouble for doing that very thing. Stu gives Kimi a ball and Chuckie socks, much to Chuckie's disappointment.
Chuckie is talking to Reptar Junior at bedtime. He tells him how his gift of socks was better than any ball, loudly saying this so Kimi, who is playing with her ball nearby, can hear him. Kira and Chas walk into the room. Kimi thinks they are coming to play with her again, and she says that while she likes to play with them, she doesn't want it to be "all the time". Chuckie says that their parents aren't coming to play with her; rather, they are going to read him Rapunzel. Reptar Junior leaves the room, and Chuckie chases after him. Kira tells Kimi that it is time for a story, and Chas says that Chuckie can listen too, but when he sees his son chasing after Reptar Junior, he thinks Chuckie would rather play. Chuckie comes back into the room and sees Chas and Kira reading Rapunzel to Kimi. He feels left out and jealous again.
The next morning, Chuckie is asking Kimi why she's getting so much attention as she is spoon feeding Fifi. Kimi plays hide and seek under the table. Chas finds her. Chuckie wants to play too and hides, but they don't look for him.
Tommy, Chuckie, and Kimi are playing in the sandbox and Kira takes Kimi inside. In the living room with Robosnail and Reptar Junior, Tommy and Chuckie are playing and Chuckie says his parents are playing with Kimi instead of him. Chas, Kimi and Kira are singing Frère Jacques and Chuckie, on Tommy's request, sings it like " No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no no. No, no, no. No, no, no, no, no, no., no, no, no, no, no. No no no. NO no no", and dances. Instead of paying Chuckie much attention, Chas picks up Robosnail and gives it to Kimi.
Chas and Kimi plant seeds. Tommy and Chuckie play with the hose and accidentally soak Chas and Kira. Chas turns off the hose and Didi takes Tommy home. Chuckie is left feeling lonely. He goes to the bedroom, which has been decorated with a "Paris" theme for Kimi and laments that his "room's not my room no more". He sees Kimi going through his clothes. She says that she wants to hide in the closet, but Chuckie says no, and talks about how Kimi is getting all the attention to herself now. Kimi points that Chuckie always gets to be by himself, but she doesn't get to be alone. She puts Chuckie's moose hat on and says that maybe their parents will think she's Chuckie, and therefore leave her alone for a while. Chuckie has reached the end of his rope, and chases Kimi. They knock the table and the bookshelf down. The parents clean up while the two babies discuss what's going on. Kimi says that she is always trying to play with Chuckie, but Kira and Chas always seem to take her somewhere else. Chuckie says he thought it was because Kimi was the preferred child and is pleasantly surprised to hear that Kimi in fact wants to play with him. He and his sister start to play with the ball, and then Chas offers to read Rapunzel to Chuckie. Chuckie throws the ball aside, resulting in a loud crashing sound.
