Phil and Lil tell Tommy all about their experience filming a diaper commercial, in which the twins rather ad-lib than stick with the script.
Recap
Phil and Lil are going to star in a new diaper commercial. They don't follow the script and cause havoc and wander around the studio, making the producer, Jonathan Witt, really angry with them. The twins also destroy Mr. Witt's praised pyramid of diaper boxes, very grumpy and grouchy at that, Mr. Witt cancels the commercial. The end result is shown on the television regardless, however, and is a major success.

- This is the first episode focusing on Phil and Lil.

- Animation Error: When Mr. Witt enters the studio, after his joke, Phil and Lil are wearing their normal clothes. Prior to this, and for the remainder of their studio appearance, they were wearing pajamas.
