During the scene where Tommy wears his diaper on his head, when he is seen from behind, his shirt is long enough to cover his naked butt. Normally, Tommy's shirt is a little too small, as his belly button was always seen under it. Reportedly at the time, this was a "Standards and Practices" issue, as at the time, fully naked butts became taboo in new episodes of Nickelodeon shows (along with on-screen barfing and the word "dead")
