The circus monkeys are a group of creatures featured in The Rugrats Movie, the first Rugrats film. They were separated from their owners and got lost in the forest (along with the Rugrats). They perform at the Banana Brothers Circus and are enemies of Scar Snout, a wolf that tried to eat the Rugrats and them but was defeated by Spike. They are voice by Frank Welker, who also voices Scar Snout in the film, though he is uncredited.

The circus monkeys are classified minor characters in the Rugrats television series as they only appear once. The characters act as secondary antagonists of the film they appear in.

Each monkey has a pair of white eyes with black pupils, brown or black fur, a long tail, and four feet.

The circus monkeys have not appeared in any episodes of Rugrats, but do appear in the series' first film, The Rugrats Movie.
