Plot
An adorable and very beautiful new girl named Megan has moved into the neighborhood. She quickly befriends Tommy, Phil, and Lil. However, it appears that she has something against Chuckie when she goes out of her way to pick on him constantly. It is soon realized that both Megan and Chuckie are experiencing their first case of "puppy love".

- Chuckie's eyes disappear various times during this episode. This could be an animation error or Chuckie blinking.
- There is a restroom behind the bench Chuckie is on in the first scene. However, only a girls bathroom is visible.
