Ed is a minor character of Rugrats that appeared in the episode King Ten Pin.
He is voiced by Michael Bell.
Ed was hired by Billy "Strike" Maxwell, a crooked bowler, to help him cheat in a bowling tournament against Lou Pickles (1991), which included switching one of the pins with an unknockable pin during Lou's turns and blasting down Maxwell's remaining pins with a leaf blower.
However, thanks to the intervention of the Rugrats, Ed was discovered and Maxwell's streak of cheating was revealed. Ed tried to cover his crimes by blaming Maxwell and hiding the unknockable pin, but he accidentally dropped it for everyone to see. Ed was presumably arrested after this whilst Lou won the tournament against Maxwell fair and square.
