Germs are minor characters in the Rugrats Season 3 episode "Mr. Clean". They are voiced by Phil Proctor, E.G. Daily, Kath Soucie, Christine Cavanaugh and Cheryl Chase.
Biography[]
They appear in Chuckie's nightmare, chasing after him all the way to his bed. They jump off while pulling him out, right before he wakes up.
In the nightmare, they appear to be little hairy jelly-bean-like creatures.
