The doorbell rings

Stu stumbles back and steps in Chuckie's potty

"Oh, great. Deed!"

"Oh. I'll get it."

"Good morning, Charles."

"Um, is something wrong, Chuckie?"

"Then why are you sitting on the ground,"

"All scrunched up,"

"Like a old bug?"

"No reason."

"I can't go when people are lookin'!"

"And I really gotta go right now,"

"But all the growed-ups are watching me every time I go, and I really gotta go!"

"Hey, Chuckie, I got a idea!"

"Why don't you just go..."

"...on the tree?"

"Once you're potty-trained,"

"You can't go back to stuff like that!"

"Why not? Spike does it all the time!"

Chuckie has a choice to make;

Should he go inside where all the adults can see him?

Or should he be like Spike and go on the tree?

"All right, I'll go on the tree!"

"But you guys gotta not look at me, kay?"

"We'll look at this flower!"

As Chuckie approaches the tree,

Didi comes out to check on him

"Oh, no!"

"He's regressing!"

"Now, I know the big-boy potty may seem a little scary,"

"But you won't need to worry,"

"Because I'll be watching you,"

"The whole time!"

Tommy, Phil and Lil are shocked when they hear what Didi said to Chuckie

"Tommy, we can't just tell him not to go potty!"

"Everybody's gotta go sometimes."

"From now on,"

"I'm gonna be Spike's dad!"

"Yeah, and I'll be... uh... Spike's other dad!"

"And we'll be..."

"Spike's Uncle Bill and Aunt Harriet!"

"Here's candy, young Spikie!"

"Pull my finger, Son!"

"Okay, Spike, let's get started!"

Spike does not know that the Rugrats are forcing a diaper on him.

"Okay, Chuckie,"

"Here's the diapers."

"Phil and Lil, you hold Spike while me and Chuckie put one on him."

"Okay, Tommy!"
"Here, Spike!"

"Come on, boy!"

"Good doggie!"

"Don't be a-scared!"

"Okay, Chuckie, now that that's tooken care of,"

"Come on, Spike!"

"Atta boy!"

"Wait, Tommy!"

"That's not how you put on a diaper!"

"Why not, Chuckie? What's wrong?"

"You forgot the baby powder! We don't want Spike to get a rash!"

"Oh, yeah! Right!"

"Come on, Spike, over here!"

Tommy's bedroom is now covered in baby powder

"I think,"

"I got a better idea!"

Tommy gives Spike a belly rub

"Okay, guys, he's ready! Phil and Lil, get the diaper!"

"Chuckie, you put on the powder!"

"Good doggie!"

"Hey, Spike's tail is in the way!"

"I'm gettin' dizzy!"

"Chuckie, help em'! My arms is getting tired!"

"Okay, Tommy."

"Give me your tail!"

"Done!"

"Done!"

"Good boy, Spike!"

Spike sniffs his diaper......

......then tears it off

"Now, Tommy, as good daddies, we always have to say nice stuff to him."

"Oh, sorry, Chuckie. You're right!"

"Well, I know what my daddy did."

Phil and Lil's shoes goof

"Okay, Spike, come on boy!"

"Up here!"

"Good doggy! Sit on the potty!"

"Now how did this get outside?"

"Hey! Hey! Where'd my potty go?"

Chuckie pees on the tree...

...then sighs in relief and giggles

Tommy, Phil, and Lil have been watching the entire time

"You know, guys, that kinda looks like fun!"

"Yeah!"
"Yeah!"

"Stu, call Lipschitz! I think we've got a problem!"

All four babies and Spike pee on the tree together
