Tress MacNeille is an American voice actress and provides the voices of Charlotte Pickles, Sally Payson, Mr. Friend, Elaine Kropotkin (initial appearance), and the baby voices for Stu and Drew (filling in for E.G. Daily and Pamela Adlon in Season 9) in Rugrats. Outside of the Rugrats franchise, she voiced Daisy Duck in Disney's Mickey Mouse franchise, Babs Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures, Callie Briggs from SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, various characters in The Simpsons and Futurama, and (by far her most famous role) Dot Warner and Hello Nurse from Animaniacs. She has also done Kanga in most of the Winnie the Pooh media.
