After The kids watch a video of Stu and Lou being scouts, the babies (including Dil) decided to make their own scouts club. At first Dil had a herd time keeping up with the toddlers and Chuckie, Phil and Lil nearly kicked him out of the club. But Tommy believed in him and after getting lost with the others Chuckie, Phil and Lil felt bad for what they said earlier. But then they knowest bubbles and Dil blowed them showing everyone he can be a good scout. At the end all of the babies celebrated by eating Marsmallows as Tommy says flick in flin scouts stick together.
